Order Management & Customer Support Specialist Location: Plano, TX

Join our team in Plano, TX as an Order Management & Customer Support Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting both internal and external customers from order creation to final delivery. What You'll Do
- Champion Customer Service: Guide customers through order identification and after-sales support, including order creation, payment processing, invoice issuance, and dispute resolution—making sure every customer experience is top-notch.
- Coordinate Deliveries: Work closely with internal teams and customers to arrange inventory movement, monitor repair order status, and guarantee shipments are accurate and on time.
- Maintain Accuracy: Manage orders in SAP and customer cases in Salesforce (including creation, cancellation, and month-end closing), keeping workflows smooth and error-free.
- Drive Results: Quickly process credit card payments, issue invoices, and resolve invoice issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Interface with colleagues and customers to keep everyone informed and ensure seamless operations.
- Education & Experience:
- Associate's degree from an accredited university/college plus at least 2 years' experience in order fulfillment, management, or customer service, and 2 years' experience using SAP or a similarly complex ERP system.
- OR
- High school diploma/GED with 4 years' experience in order fulfillment, management, or customer service, and 4 years using SAP or a similarly complex ERP.
