- Evaluating database effectiveness and reviewing data for accuracy and trends.
- Conducting training and providing technical support to database users.
- Researching and investigating data accuracy of reports and information.
- Developing and testing report accuracy to ensure high-quality information for end-users.
- Documenting processes and conducting user training.
- Gathering and summarizing data for reports and special projects.
- Maintaining database systems and resolving information issues.
- Collaborating with various departments for data reporting needs.
- Creating and following up on purchase orders, payment processing, and part transfer requests.
- Facilitating external calibration of advanced electronic test equipment.
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external testing, including shipping, receiving, and test sample intake.
- Maintaining inventory records and organizing engineering storage areas.
- Supporting planning and coordination of events and meetings.
- Conducting post-completion audits of projects.
- Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, OneNote, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate highly accurate data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Are able to follow multi-step instructions and complex workflows accurately.
- Can quickly learn new tools and processes, such as calibration databases, product lifecycle management tools, Microsoft Visio, and other enterprise-specific software.
- Possess strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Are highly organized, punctual, motivated, and a quick learner.
- Have a proven track record of developing and maintaining professional relationships through timely and accurate work.
- Are willing to travel up to 5% to Iowa or North Dakota as needed.
- Can wear metatarsal safety boots as required for the position.
