Snapshot:
Pay Rate: $19.27/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST for the first 6-8 weeks during training. After training, you can start your work day any time between 7AM-9PM with the choice of a 30 minute or 1 hour lunch. 
Must have a work area at home free of background noises and distractions.
This is a full-time remote opportunity going through the end of March 2026.

What's a typical day as Data Entry Specialist? You'll be:
• Delivering straightforward administrative services in data entry, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
• Handling routine issues while adhering to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
• Instructing, directing, and checking the work of lower-level data entry operators as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of data entry and business/operating processes and procedures.
• Have worked in the insurance field before and had exposure to Medicare.
• Are comfortable working under close supervision with the ability to handle complex assignments.
• Have a background in customer service or administrative roles, with experience in data entry required.
• Proficient in all Microsoft office programs.
