Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Accurately input data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Identify errors and make corrections as needed
• Maintain data integrity by following policies and procedures
• Generate reports on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers to assigned locations, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient use of resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Education / Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or related field
• Proficient in typing with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
