Delivery Drive / Warehouse worker

Job Summary:
Join us as a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker in Neenah, WI, where you can kickstart your career in supply chain distribution! This full-time, entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about distribution, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that shipments are verified and delivered on time while maintaining our commitment to quality and productivity standards.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Neenah, WI
- Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
- Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with an unpaid 30-minute lunch period)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect materials to ensure accuracy in part numbers and quantities.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve part number issues and confirm parts accuracy.
- Prepare and submit packing slips and picking tickets daily for processing.
- Safely operate trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies for loading and unloading.
- Pick and pack transfers and truck shipments properly.
- Secure items in position on trucks to prevent damage during transport.
- Drive company trucks for timely deliveries and pick-ups, notifying management of any delays.
- Coordinate with vendors and freight companies for Return Authorizations and BOL for LTL shipments.
- Manage inventory processes and conduct cycle counts as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report and record any damage to vehicles, products, or equipment.
- Follow direction from the Supply Chain Coordinator and perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, receiving, and inventory control preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong technical capacity and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Dependable with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptable, cooperative, and organized with planning and prioritizing skills.
- Basic computer experience is required.
