Location: Essex, MD
Pay: $18.00 – $20.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Are you passionate about creating exceptional living experiences for residents? We're seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Essex, MD. As a key member of our property team, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, play a vital role in resident retention, and help ensure the community runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities-
Show and lease available apartments to prospective residents

Support resident relations and respond to maintenance concerns

Monitor and maintain property conditions through regular inspections

Oversee maintenance team coordination and vendor management

Review and process applications, move-ins, transfers, and compliance documents

Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets and approving invoices

Support leasing goals by minimizing vacancies and ensuring resident satisfaction

Handle collections, lease violations, and eviction processes
-
Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed

High school diploma required
-
Property management or leasing experience preferred

Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, property management software)
