What's a typical day as Director of Technical Services Training? You'll be:
• Managing the planning, forecasting, and reporting of all Technical Services and Training needs and projects.
• Leading the Technical Services and Training Team members on developing, maintaining, and adjusting training and technical service plans.
• Reviewing and analyzing performance data to measure team productivity and goal achievement.

• Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an advanced degree in business or related field preferred.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of Technical Services experience in the HVAC industry.
