- Location: 100% on-site in Orlando, FL
- Contract: W2 under staffing supplier, 5-month contract duration (possible extension according to performance)
- Pay rate: USD 21.50 per hour
SUMMARY: This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration of spare parts sales orders, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and ensuring on-time delivery performance.

Customer Interface: Directly interface with customers to provide quotations, order acknowledgments, order status, and manage RMA returns.

Order Management (SAP): Perform full sales order management, including sales order entry and booking in SAP (verifying accuracy of customer data, part numbers, pricing, and shipping terms), processing order changes, and coordinating fulfillment.

Logistics Coordination: Proactively create delivery notes and coordinate shipment with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and material planning teams to secure material and meet committed delivery dates.

Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional first-level customer service by responding to inquiries, order changes, and expedites via email/portals, and resolving complaints/disputes (e.g., tracking shipments, issuing RMAs/credit memos).

Performance Monitoring: Provide regular order status, track backorders, and monitor/analyze delivery performance to identify issues and recommend improvements.
Minimum Requirements

Education/Experience: AA/AS degree with 1+ years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of related experience (e.g., Customer Service, Sales Order Administration, Supply Chain, Material Planning).

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency) and a results-oriented approach with strong organizational abilities.
