This is a Direct Hire opportunity! Upon hire, you will have access to:

• Competitive starting pay rate $20.00 - $23.00/hr
• Training for 1-2 months on a 6 am-2:30 pm schedule; after training, you are able to choose an 8-10 hour schedule between 3 am-4:30 pm.

What's a typical day as an Electronic Assembler? You'll be:

• Wiring, soldering, and assembling fabricated components to create electrical and mechanical assemblies
• Fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product requirements
• Meeting build time and quality standards on assigned tasks
• Following assembly work instructions, drawings, and quality assurance procedures
• Reporting any issues or problems that may affect quality to the Lead or Supervisor
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all company safety policies and quality assurance requirements

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have the ability to assemble and solder small components utilizing a microscope
• Can accurately identify components and conduct precise measurements
• Possess excellent hand/eye coordination and dexterity
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude for using tools in production operations
• Are detail-oriented, accurate, and methodical
