Electronics Manual Wirebonding Assembler (Tucson, AZ 85745)
Pay: $15–$18/hour, depending on experience
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Schedule:
- Training: 8:00am–4:00pm (1–2 weeks)
- After Training: 7:00am–3:30pm
- Perform manual wirebonding and assembly operations
- Prepare wires for assembly: cut wires to length, strip insulation, tin wire ends
- Cut shrink wrap tubing to length and solder wires/assemblies
- Conduct post-assembly electrical tests
- Mix epoxy and glue covers to assembled products
- 1–2 years of recent manual wirebonding experience (required)
- Basic math skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to read and understand test documents
- Basic knowledge of electronics
- Basic soldering operations
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally to shoulder level
- Must be task oriented and detail focused
- Experience in assembly/soldering preferred but not required—skills training provided for inexperienced candidates
- Teamwork, good attendance, and punctuality are essential
- Must pass a drug test (marijuana not screened)
- 7-year criminal background check required before start date
- Casual dress code (t-shirts and jeans acceptable; work boots not required)
- Overtime available and voluntary
