What's a typical day as a Regional Technical Services Manager? You'll be:
• Providing remote and/or onsite diagnostic and troubleshooting support to customers on all products.
• Offering remote and/or onsite assisted start-up and commissioning support for all products.
• Analyzing customer training needs in a specific region and working with other team members to determine gaps and implement appropriate actions to improve.
• Delivering technical/product training in person or via webinar in an accurate, compelling, and professional manner.
• Developing training curriculum and training aids to improve our ability to support our products from a technical perspective.
• Working as a Subject Matter Expert to develop technical content for existing and future technical training.
• Creating site visit reports to ensure timely and professional communication of findings.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have 7-10 years of specialized training and knowledge in the HVAC industry.
• Have experience researching information and preparing communications.
• Have 2 years of VRF and mini-split experience preferred.
• Have proficiency in computer software programs, including MS Office Word and Excel.
• Have demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and execute business processes.
• Have strong personnel management skills and experience.
