Engineering Manager (Interconnect or connector Solutions)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 depending on experience

A direct hire leadership role focused on managing engineering teams in the development of interconnect solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned engineering leader with 8+ years in engineering and 5+ years in leadership, particularly within industrial, or power connector applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through product lifecycle – from concept through implementation – ensuring alignment with cost, reliability, and performance targets.
- Strong background in interconnect solutions and project management
- Knowledge of AQP methods, FEA/CFD tools, and quality standards
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving innovation in product developments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure successful product launches.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, with a focus on regulatory compliance (NEC, UL/CSA, IEC) and use of engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD, Optical Design).
- Experience with connector development

Manage complex engineering projects from planning to on-time, on-budget delivery.

Promote a Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture and develop engineering talent within the team.
