Role: Entry Level Accounts Payable Specialist (QuickBooks)
Location: Attleboro Falls, MA onsite
Pay: $20-25/hr.
Hours:1st shift
Duration: Contract to hire
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Scan and File invoices electronically.
- Remote Deposit Checks Daily.
- Track and collect subcontractor insurance.
- Collect daily mail.
- Additional clerical duties as requested.
What role could lead to -
- Oversee and manage the full cycle Accounts Payable function including job costing, within RMS and QuickBooks
- Receive and process subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Work with Internal team to verify and job cost job-related invoices.
- Reconcile vendor and subcontractor monthly statements.
- Reconcile company credit card statements
- Remote Deposit Checks
- Monitor and oversee company new accounts payable email address.
- Assist with weekly accounts payable check run.
- Enter weekly burden rate calculations for Time Savers.
- Track and collect subcontractor insurance.
- Manage Time Savers collections.
- Once trained on AP functions, you would be expected to take on additional duties which would lead to more growth opportunity within the two companies.
Qualifications
- Some administrative experience
- Some experience in either accounts payable, billing, invoicing etc.
- Detail oriented
- QuickBooks preferred, not required
