Location: Sherman, TX
Pay: $17.75/hour + $1.00 differential for night shifts
Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 7:30 PM - 4:00 AM

What You Will Do:

  • Receive incoming materials and verify against shipping documents.
  • Transfer materials using mobile equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
  • Enter material transfers into our computer system.
  • Stage materials for production before your shift starts.
  • Keep storage areas organized and clean.
  • Maintain stock levels and label materials correctly.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and provide detailed reports.
  • Assist with cycle counts and drive process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in materials handling or logistics preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic analytical capabilities.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 35 lbs, team lift 55 lbs, and push/pull up to 125 lbs.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with high noise levels.
