- Pay $18
- Set up, run, monitor, and adjust multiple extrusion machines and processes according to Argos and ISO13485 standards.
- Troubleshoot and clean equipment, handle material management, mixing, blending, and finished goods packaging.
- Complete accurate production documentation, perform in-process quality inspections, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Guide and mentor peers, provide feedback, and consistently maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
- Support complex extrusions (multi-lumen, multi-layer, bump tubing) as needed.
- High School diploma/GED required; Technical diploma or STEM Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing (ideally in a controlled system like ISO9001/13485 or medical device industry).
- Direct experience with melt extrusion processes highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, consistent lifting of less than 20 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods while monitoring equipment.
- Flexibility in work hours; available shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
