Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6 months – 1 year (Contract)
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Services Coordinator with strong Mailroom and Print Services experience. This role supports office operations, equipment, inventory, and facilities-related services to ensure an efficient and well-maintained workplace. This is not a purely administrative desk role – the ideal candidate will be on their feet, handling physical tasks, and delivering exceptional internal service.

Key Responsibilities

Mailroom + Shipping & Receiving

  • Sort, process, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

  • Maintain logs for accountable mail items including Registered, Certified, Insured

  • Deliver packages and secure required signatures

  • Manage mailing supplies and interact directly with shipping vendors

  • Handle urgent delivery/pickup requests for business correspondence

Print Device Services

  • Deliver paper and supplies for printers/copiers/fax machines

  • Serve as first responder for equipment issues before escalating to tech support

  • Ensure proper maintenance and usage of print devices and supplies

Conference Room & AV Support

  • Set up audio/visual equipment for meetings (e.g., Skype, WebEx, VTC)

  • Ensure functionality and readiness of conference rooms

  • Prepare refreshments (coffee/snacks) as needed

General Facilities Support

  • Maintain office supply inventory and organization of common areas

  • Assist staff with facilities-related needs and vendor coordination

Requirements
  • Mailroom operations experience required

  • Ability to meet physical demands — lifting up to 25 lbs and on feet most of the shift

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, corporate environment
