Kelly Services is hiring a Client Account Coordinator – Service Scheduling in Farmington!

If you're a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced scheduling and customer coordination, this role keeps you at the center of mission-critical service operations. You'll schedule field service engineers, provide status updates to customers, and help ensure every service mission is properly executed.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule field service engineers based on mission priority, technician skills, and location
  • Communicate daily service updates and status changes to customers
  • Report delays or machine issues to Service Management promptly
  • Coordinate with fellow schedulers to ensure coverage and workload balance
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper mission setup and resources
  • Confirm technicians have required tools, equipment, and documentation
  • Support the Regional Service Manager with documentation, reporting, and workflow accuracy

What You'll Bring
  • Experience managing heavy call volume is required
  • Scheduling or dispatching experience highly preferred
  • 3+ years in customer service or technical support role
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
  • $22.00–$27.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential
