Job Description:

• Position:  Field Service Technician IV (M88 Hercules)
• Location: Fort Cavazos, TX
• Duration:  12 months (temporary role with ability to extend or be directly hired)
• Pay Rate:  $32.14 per hour (possible H&W additional benefits)
• Start Date:  as soon as possible or until Filled / Closed
• Field Service Engineer to provide Field Support on M88A2 Recovery platforms on projects within the Field Service Department
• perform other duties as assigned by Leadership

  Requirements:

• 4 plus years of related experience performing maintenance on Tracked Combat Vehicles for the US Army and or Marine Corps. Be an Honest, Ethical, and Dedicated professional. Have spent the majority of the 4 plus years operating and maintaining the M88A2 HERCULES recovery vehicle. Recovery School graduate is desired but not required. Is proficient at computer based programs required to complete, reports, training, and data collection
• Is proficient/capable at providing Field Service Support on the M88/A2 HERCULES recovery Platform
• Understands technical data for operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair of M88A2 Recovery equipment
• Able to interact positively with customers both internal and external
• Ability to work as part of a team as required
• Competent in using computer based programs for data input, report generation, and information presentation
• Ability to understand complex problems and provide sound recommendations for solution
• Ability to follow managerial direction, organize and prioritize work schedule on short term and long term basis
• Able to follow all Company ethical, safety, and behavioral policies
• Expectation is qualified candidate is willing to travel both CONUS and OCONUS as required
• Gain access to U.S. Military facilities (possible Military Clearance)
• Valid State Driver s License
• Standard employment background screening
• Legally permitted to work in the U.S.; U.S. Citizen
• Have an honorable discharge from a prior military service
• High School Diploma (or GED)
