Summary of Responsibilties:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft Installer to join our aerospace team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and adjusting aircraft structural parts and systems in a team-oriented environment. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to specifications will ensure high-quality and safe installations of aircraft components through final inspection.
Responsibilities:

Assemble and install aircraft structures, control surfaces, landing gear, engines, and related components.

Rig control cables, linkages, and doors according to schematics and specifications.

Perform basic system repairs by removing/replacing components and cutting/fitting lines and hardware.

Ensure all installations meet quality and conformity standards; perform rework as necessary.

Install and test systems lines, valves, and ducts to ensure leak-free operation.

Use a variety of mechanical tools (e.g., permaswage pumps, gauges, cutting tools) for system installation.

Maintain accurate logs and records (MIR sheets, DMTs, PCOs, etc.).

Adhere to safety protocols and support FOD and 5S programs.

Support final phase testing, including potential flight tests.

Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Employment: 1 year contract with a chance of being permanent upon evaluation.
Shift: 4:50AM to 3:30PM
Payrate: USD 25.65/hr
