What's a typical day as a Finance Analyst? You'll be:

• Interfacing daily with internal and external clients via phone and email to research, resolve, or escalate issues

• Analyzing complex financial data to identify trends, make forecasts, and provide recommendations

• Reviewing open receivables, identifying payment frequency patterns, and performing root-cause analysis

• Managing and prioritizing cash application processes for high-risk customers

• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for Account Managers, clients, brokers, TPAs, and auditors

• Identifying system or process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and address issues for high-risk, complex accounts

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• A college degree or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and in a team environment

• High attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and detail

• Experience in customer service or insurance-related processes

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of vision or insurance benefits

• Understanding of third-party administration and benefits

• Experience with SAP or Facets

• Continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative

• Location: Mason, OH 45040

• Employment Type: 12-week contract

• Schedule: Hybrid — Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday

• Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $22/hr

• Must meet standard onboarding and screening requirements
