- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight for domestic and international shipments, ensuring strict compliance with FTZ and U.S. Customs regulations
- Accurately preparing and maintaining FTZ documentation, customs filings, and recordkeeping for imports, exports, and intercompany transfers
- Acting as the primary liaison with customs brokers, carriers, and U.S. Customs for all material movement and compliance issues
- Executing SAP transactions for receiving, shipping, and inventory movements to ensure data integrity
- Monitoring inventory to guarantee proper FTZ labeling, storage, and compliance
- Supporting freight strategy execution, assisting with carrier selection, performance tracking, and basic KPI reporting
- Coordinating special shipments, equipment transfers, and handling non-routine freight movements
- Performing monthly FTZ audits, preparing import/export balance reports, and supporting regulatory reporting requirements
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in warehousing, FTZ operations, customs compliance, or CBP-related roles
- Possess experience in international and cross-border logistics environments
- Have working knowledge of FTZ and U.S. Customs regulations
- Are experienced with SAP and familiar with inventory and shipping transactions
- Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
