Kelly Services is hiring!!!

We're hiring experienced Warehouse Forklift Operators to join our team in the Bolingbrook, Romeoville, and Joliet, IL areas. This role requires experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), REACH TRUCK and or/ SIT DOWN FORKLIFT, and Walkie Rider Forklift.

Location: Bolingbrook, Romeoville, and Joliet, IL
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift
Hourly Rate: $17.50 – $20.50- Depending on the shift!
 

Job Purpose:

  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

  • Manage inbound/outbound freight

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

  • Stage, check, and load/unload shipments properly

  • Support daily shipping and receiving operations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must have forklift certification and experience with EPJ, Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, and Walkie Rider

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible 10-12 hour shifts

  • Basic computer and RF scanner skills

  • Strong communication and attention to detail

  • Must be reliable, safety-focused, and work well independently

Preferred:

  • Warehouse certifications

  • Previous cross-dock freight experience
