Description
Kelly has an immediate opportunity for a Forklift Operator on behalf of a nationwide leader in temperature-controlled warehouse services.
$23 Per Hour + Overtime
Monday – Friday 4:30 pm – 12:00 am & Sundays 12:00 pm – 3:00 or 4:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials and goods onto and off trucks, trailers, or
- storage areas using the forklift
- Maintaining inventory records and reporting any discrepancies to
- management
- Ensuring that the forklift is always operated in a safe and responsible manner
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed
- At least 3 months' forklift experience and/or using warehouse distribution
- equipment
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education,
- training, and experience
- Ability to successfully pass internal Forklift Certification Training and
- demonstrate safety procedures
- Able to perform job tasks in sometimes dusty, hot and/or cold working conditions
- May frequently stand on their feet
- Regularly required to lift and move up to 50lbs.
- Capable to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and your whole body bending, crouching, using steps and ladders, pushing, pulling, stooping, and reaching
