These are direct hire opportunities, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

• Sign on bonus of $6,000! 
• 5% annual bonus

Details: 

• Shift:
  • Nights: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on a 2-2-3 schedule 
• Pay: $19 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential for nights

Description: 
The Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, shipping, material handling, and order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a multi-shift, multi-site warehouse operation.

• Safely operate all forklifts in accordance within the company's rules and regulations.
• Handle raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods with precision and efficiency using forklifts, reach trucks, and double reach trucks.
• Load and unload trucks in a timely and organized manner.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production and shipping goals

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification and minimum of 6-12 months' accident-free experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
