$17/hr

Forklift Operator
 including:

  • Stand-up forklifts

  • High-reach trucks

  • Dock Stocker

  • RF scanners and related technology

Your mission: Keep products moving, keep operations smooth, and keep safety first.

What You'll Do

You will be relied on to:

  • Load and unload freight safely and efficiently

  • Move, stack, and store products throughout the facility

  • Pick, stage, and assemble orders accurately

  • Inspect freight for damage, labeling issues, or quality concerns

  • Wrap, sort, pack, or repack products as needed

  • Meet production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace

  • Operate all equipment in accordance with OSHA standards

  • Support additional tasks including inventory, cleaning, and battery changes

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Three months or more of related warehouse or equipment operation experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Reliability, punctuality, and consistency in attendance

  • Willingness to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed

Physical Requirements

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to:

  • Frequently operate forklifts and related equipment

  • Work in temperatures ranging from 32°F to -45°F (protective cold gear provided)

  • Tolerate heights up to 30 feet and access elevated products from within safety cages

  • Lift 10 to 55 lbs. to heights up to 80 inches, and up to 70 lbs. to 50 inches when rebuilding pallets

  • Lift and carry product for distances up to 6 feet without mechanical assistance

  • Stand for up to 5 hours at a time during 8–12 hour shifts

  • Work in spaces with 55 inches of headroom

  • Occasionally walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

  • Use hands, fingers, arms, and vision needed for safe equipment operation
