? Location: Tulare, CA
? Pay Rate: $19/hour
? Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
? Employment Type: 1-year contract
? Work Setup: Onsite, box manufacturing and finishing facility

?? What's a typical day as a Feeder/Finishing Packer (Forming Packer Inspector)? You will:

• Prepare forming machines for daily operations, including glue tanks, cases/trays, and blanks.
• Attach and record all material load tags to daily production reports accurately.
• Notify the Forming Technician of any needed machine adjustments.
• Continuously monitor machines to keep waste and downtime to a minimum.
• Check products throughout the shift to ensure quality standards.
• Perform sanitation and preventative maintenance listed in the machine's logbook.
• Assist teammates on other machines to help the whole department meet production goals.
• Clean up machines and your work area at the end of each shift, setting up for the next team.
• Dispose of waste properly in the hogger, not in the trash, in line with site sustainability practices.

• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Team player mentality – ready to help others as needed.
• Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced production environments (a plus, but not required).
• Willingness to work night shifts and perform hands-on, active tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable lifting and handling materials for production and clean-up.
