Salary: $90-$110k

Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize new and existing pharmaceutical products for veterinary use, leading projects internally or with subcontractors (CMOs).
- Plan and execute formulation development, employing QbD and DOE methodologies.
- Collaborate with global teams on scale-up batches and dosage forms (e.g., tablets, liquids, sustained-release).
- Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing processes; suggest process improvements.
- Prepare and approve manufacturing documentation (protocols, batch records, change controls).
- Guide technicians in data collection and analysis; evaluate stability data.
- Compile product specs and documentation, supporting regulatory submissions.
- Facilitate technology transfer to manufacturing; monitor industrial production runs.
- Communicate technical project updates across teams and departments.
- Stay current in the field by participating in industry events.
- Adhere to cGMP, GLP, GCP, FDA/EMA regulations; respond to authority inspections and audits.
- Ensure timely product development and robust, repeatable manufacturing processes.
- Ensure lab compliance with GMP/GDP/GCP, SOPs, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Uphold data integrity and documentation practices.
- Maintain scientific equipment and methodologies.
- Support initiation and resolution of deviations, CAPAs, and investigations.
- BS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or higher.
- 3+ years' related pharmaceutical experience.
- Proven formulation science/process development/project management skills within GMP/GLP environments.
