Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday: flexible with a start time between 9am-11am.
(will work a minimum of 20 hours/week, up to 30 hours/week during the busy season)

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
- Performing data entry and managing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel with attention to detail
- Creating and saving documents in Microsoft Word and uploading them to a Google SharePoint site
- Interacting with clients professionally to request and collect documents needed for tax and legal cases
- Documenting progress and effort in gathering required materials
- Making outbound calls to clients to follow up on cases and documents (no cold calling)
- Receiving training on Adobe tools as needed for document processing
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have solid computer skills and are comfortable working with MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- Possess keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Demonstrate strong communication skills for customer interaction
- Are comfortable with making outbound calls in a supportive, non-sales environment
- Are organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Enjoy working in a mission-driven environment serving the greater good
