Kelly Services is partnering with a premier hotel currently undergoing an exciting transformation! Under new ownership and in the midst of a bold rebranding and renovation, we're looking for a passionate, results-driven Direct Hire Front Desk Manager to lead the way during this dynamic phase of growth.
Position: Front Desk Manager - Direct Hire
Location: Ontario, CA 91764
Salary: $68,600-75,000
Schedule: The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest interactions.
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing front office staff.
- Drive operational excellence through budgeting, forecasting, policy implementation, and systems management.
- Resolve guest issues swiftly and effectively to ensure exceptional service.
- Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for operational and service enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records related to guest activity and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless, five-star guest experiences.
- 5+ years of hotel front desk management experience (required).
- Proven leadership, organizational, and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting is preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet 24/7 hotel needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
