Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our premier food manufacturing client in Sioux Falls, SD. If this sounds like the right fit for you or someone you know, read on and apply! 

Pay Rate: $25 – $30/hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours
Term: temp-to-hire

What's a typical day as a Talent Acquisition Specialist?

  • Full-cycle high-volume recruiting: posting ads, sourcing for candidates, screening, scheduling, submitting offers, & providing status updates
  • Hires qualified talent to ensure low turnover
  • Utilizes ATS to move candidates through the process
  • Ensures compliance during recruitment, hiring, & fulfillment process
  • Attends hiring events as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
  • Prior Recruiter and/or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Familiar with ATS and/or CRM programs
  • High level of professionalism & discretion
  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, & employment regulations & policies
  • Ability to travel up to 20% with possible overnight
