About the Role

We're hiring a General Laborer to assist in day-to-day production operations, primarily within the Production Control Room. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dusty manufacturing environment. If you're comfortable using basic technology, following instructions, and performing hands-on tasks, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive production and general labor tasks safely and accurately

• Operate computer systems to track and support production processes

• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and protocols

• Perform basic math and counting functions as needed

• Work on your feet for extended periods in a physically active role

• Assist with warehouse and production support duties

• Forklift operation is a plus (training provided if needed)

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred

• Experience:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings preferred

  • Comfortable using computers in a work environment

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

• Basic math and communication skills

• Able to follow both oral and written directions

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to complete training)
