 General Laborer

Job Summary:
Join Kelly Services and become an integral part of a top-rated, fast-growing company in Romeoville, IL! We are seeking motivated General Laborers for temp-to-hire positions. Show your dedication and consistency, and you could secure a permanent role in just 3–4 months! Enjoy a supportive team environment while earning $17/hr on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire
- Location: Romeoville, IL
- Pay Rate: $17/hr
- Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pack cooked and assembled pizzas into boxes or trays, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Inspect pizzas for ingredients, appearance, and packaging before shipping.
- Label and seal boxes; prepare packaged pizzas for shipment.
- Work efficiently on an assembly line while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Move ingredients, packaging, and products to designated areas.
- Maintain clean and sanitized workstations and equipment throughout and after your shift.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be comfortable working in a cold environment, as low as 40 degrees.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow all safety protocols.
- No experience required—paid training provided!
