Description

Job Title: General Office Assistant

Location: Parma and Berea, OH (must be able to travel between both locations)

Position Type: Part-Time (PT) or Full-Time (FT), flexible hours

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with general administrative duties. This position will focus primarily on document scanning and organization, as well as supporting office operations across two locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan, organize, and electronically file documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases
  • Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues
  • Travel between our Parma and Berea locations as needed
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the office manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Experience with document scanning and electronic file management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to travel between Parma and Berea
  • Flexibility to work part-time or transition to full-time hours if needed
