Schedule: 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Support production and warehouse operations to ensure consistent material flow.

Start up and operate mixers or production lines as directed.

Unload finished goods, palletize products, and stage WIP for the next process.
-
Track and record inventory counts, downtime, and production data.
-
Use correct packaging materials and build pallets based on product requirements.
-
Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging products in designated areas.
-
Perform quality checks using visual inspections or basic tools.
-
Maintain housekeeping and organization per 6S standards.
-
Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, efficient, and clean work environment.

A High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
-
Prior manufacturing experience (required).
-
Plastics manufacturing experience (preferred, strong plus).

Ability to operate basic production equipment and perform line support tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
A strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
-
Your own steel-toed boots (all other PPE provided on-site).
