Kelly Services is seeking a temporary Help Desk Technician for a busy local government office located in South downtown Orlando, FL 32806.
Pay- $22/hour
Schedule-Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
Start date- ASAP- until April 10th 2026

Position Summary
Seeking a Seasonal Helpdesk Technician to provide end-user support, manage service tickets, perform desktop and peripheral support, and assist with maintaining the reliability and security of our network and information systems. The Helpdesk Technician reports to the Chief Information Officer and does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience installing, configuring, testing, and deploying software and computer equipment.
- At least two years of experience working with computer hardware, networking, printers, peripherals, and electronics.
- At least three years of experience providing end-user technical support.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating systems, and email systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users, management, and IT staff.
- At least one year of experience supporting network infrastructure, including switches, cabling, and wired/wireless networks.
- Experience using remote support tools.
- Experience creating technical documentation and training end-users on software applications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform additional duties as assigned and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to remain professional in high-pressure situations.
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ Certifications.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
