What's a typical day as an HR Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
• Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the National Attendance Program (NAP), ensuring compliance with FMLA, Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), and tardiness policies.
• Conducting meetings and administering corrective actions as necessary, in alignment with the NAP language.
• Auditing attendance and tardiness timekeeping codes, correcting and updating employee records as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree and have one or more years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Are proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and have a strong understanding of attendance policies.
• Are available to work all shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts, and are committed to being fully on-site.
