What's a typical day as an HRIS Analyst? You'll be:
• Ensuring that inbound and outbound integrations are processed successfully and resolving any errors if needed, reporting to the HRIS Manager.
• Making necessary data corrections to resolve issues reported by internal benefit team members.
• Extracting data from various environments to perform audits or determine the impact of reported issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP) and managing SAP Infotypes IT0014, IT0015, and IT0169.
• Possess strong skills in ADP Import Formats: SSL and G2, along with Spinfx reporting and standard reporting tools.
• Are proficient in Excel, with the ability to combine various reporting sources for audits or issue impact analysis.
