Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Collaborate with management to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
