What's a typical day as Human Resources Coordinator? You'll be:
• Scheduling interviews, debriefs, and other necessary meetings while effectively communicating with interviewers and administrative assistants.
• Coordinating candidate travel arrangements and facilitating background checks while monitoring their progress.
• Maintaining an interview tracker and understanding the candidate reimbursement process.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have two to five years of recruiting coordination experience, with a strong ability to take initiative and interact professionally with senior management and colleagues.
• Can maintain highly confidential information and handle multiple assignments simultaneously under strict time constraints, with a keen attention to detail.
• Possess excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills, and hold an Associate's degree (preferred).
