Position Overview

The Industrial Labor role performs essential labor and helper functions to support all services provided by our division. Reporting directly to operational supervisors, the incumbent will be expected to carry out tasks with a positive attitude while maintaining professionalism and strict safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute labor duties and assist in various onsite services, including:
  • Hydro blasting
  • Catalyst handling
  • Chemical cleaning
  • Operating vacuum and sewer trucks
  • Tank cleaning
  • Dewatering
  • Other assignments as directed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability and readiness to perform physical tasks in outdoor and industrial settings.
• Deliver a consistently positive and professional attitude towards colleagues, clients, and assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with industrial or general labor is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and operating machinery.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at multiple job sites as needed.
• Commitment to safety, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
