Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician and play a critical role in maintaining and repairing facility and production equipment. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and ensure a safe working environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $24.50 – $26.30 per hour
Location: Maple Grove, MN
What You'll Do
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
- Diagnose issues and install replacement parts to keep machinery running safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors for repairs and improvements.
- Assist with new equipment installations and maintain accurate records in our system.
- Recommend solutions to reduce downtime and improve cycle times.
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
- Experience: 2–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work across multiple shifts if needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certifications or apprenticeship in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, plumbing, or HVAC.
- Experience with packaging, filling, and vacuum sealing equipment.
- Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
- Background in pharma or medical device manufacturing is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and perform standard/non-standard physical activities (standing, climbing, kneeling).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
