Ingredient/Inventory Specialist (Using Pallet Jack)

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Redmond, WA
- Pay Rate: $22/hr
- Shift: 5:00 AM start, Monday–Friday (5x8 hour shifts)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Order dry inventory for the preparation of spice mixes.
- Set the daily production schedule based on management's selected formulas.
- Conduct cycle counts of the ingredient room's dry inventory.
- Print labels for spice mix production.
- Follow department procedures to ensure accuracy in spice mix production.
- Review production schedules to confirm correct orders are placed.
- Manage returned spice mix inventory efficiently.
- Fulfill same-day requests from production.
- Assist with other warehouse or production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for most of the day.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with email communication.
- Typing skills on a QWERTY keyboard.
- Experience with a 10-key calculator.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Ability to operate a powered pallet jack (certification provided in-house).
- Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
