Pay Rate: 25-27/hr

Responsibilities

What's a typical day as a Inside Sales Coordinator Supervisor? You'll be:

  • Serving as a role model, a coach to motivate customer service specialists to achieve or exceed sales targets with a focus on quality, performance, and delivering a
    differentiated customer experience.
  • Supervising the daily activities of the team by reviewing and analyzing calls / reports, assessing areas of opportunity, managing work assignments, and assuring Consultants are providing a
    positive customer experience.
  • Utilizing Department Performance Management procedures to effectively analyze individual and team performance and administer applicable coaching support to address/improve sales
    behaviors and performance.
  • Meeting regularly with Consultants and Sales Leadership to review sales activity, funnel (CRM tool), customer retention, relationship activities, review sales performance compared to goal,
    production and training needs.
  • Engaging employees in the development of creative ideas and ways to impact company goals within scope of role, using talent development strategies to exceed company metrics.
  • Monitoring CRM data for team performance, including opportunities, leads, activities, and cases to ensure usage and effectiveness of CRM tool.
  • Developing team by regularly and proactively following up with employees on documented IDP progress to ensure continued alignment with career goals. 
  • Engaging in one-on-one coaching, conducting role plays and team meetings, huddles, and other forms of engagement in a virtual environment to drive continuous department improvement.
  • Relentlessly fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while nurturing and supporting employee engagement.
  • Inspiring others to engage in new ways.
  • Proactively identifying compliance and quality improvements and initiates corrective actions as necessary.
  • Role modeling the company's customer service core value, Customer Zeal.
  • Establishing a team culture that passionately serves internal and external customers by exceeding the expectations of the service culture.
  • Celebrating the achievement of exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with Republic Services leadership and peers on projects related to systems, processes or inter-department initiatives.
  • Engaging with team in a solution-oriented approach to build trust and foster an environment where all feel welcomed, valued, and heard. Follows up with employees regarding their workplace/process improvement suggestions, general concerns, and/or questions.
  • Performing all staffing-related activities, including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, goal setting, monitoring, measuring and coaching performance and regular performance reviews.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services, lines of business, pricing structures and total waste stream management to help grow targeted revenue and
    contributing to company goals and objectives.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
  • Have ability to work with team members and all levels within the organization.
  • Have waste or service industry experience.
  • Have a high School Diploma
  • Have the ability to provide leadership, development, and directing of a sales team
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or higher volume sales environment.
  • Have sound analytical problem-solving skills.
