Responsibilities

What's a typical day as a Inside Sales Coordinator Team Lead? You'll be:

  •  Working under the direction of an Inside Sales Supervisor as a “player/coach” on a team of consultants to help achieve sales and operational performance objectives.
  • Identifying improvement options to present to supervisor.
  • Providing day-to-day support and mentoring to consultant team as needed by Supervisor to include answering questions, side-by-sides, floor-walking duties, or others as assigned.
  • Acting as a ‘player' as needed to lead by example as they handle incoming calls from Republic Services customers, delivering excellent customer service by asking questions, actively listening, building rapport, demonstrating respect, being informative and understanding their needs, requests or problems
  • Providing sales coaching and training on an individual basis and through regular team meeting to improve sales results and drive targeted profitable growth.
  • As needed, temporarily supervising the daily activities of the team by reviewing and analyzing calls / reports, assessing areas of opportunity, managing work assignments and assuring consultants are providing a positive customer experience.
  • Utilizing sound judgment and proactively engaging with supervision on identified development opportunities and resources to assist team members.
  • Monitoring and analyzing CRM data for team performance which may include opportunities, leads, activities, cases, etc. to ensure usage and effectiveness of tools by Consultants.
  • Role modeling and exuding customer zeal.
  • Passionately serving  our internal and external customers by exceeding the expectations of a service culture, exceeding assigned targets for operational
    and key financial performance objectives. Inspiring others to do the same.
  • Partnering to deliver training and other opportunities of development for Consultants as needed.
  • Partnering with peer leaders to build and maintain a positive culture within the
    organization.
    • Fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while nurturing and supporting
      employee engagement.
    • Inspiring others to be equally engaged in contributing towards the betterment of the employee experience
  • Partnering with peer leaders to build and maintain a positive culture within the organization.
  • Coordinating department activities to ensure agents can sell with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborating consistently with team on best practices and areas of opportunity.
    • Consideringemployee suggestions for improvement collaborating with supervision for implementation.
    • Follows up with employees to close the loop.
  • Identifying compliance and quality improvements and initiates corrective actions as necessary by working with support teams or leadership.
  • Partnering on projects related to systems, processes or inter-department initiatives.
  • Role modeling and exuding customer zeal.

    • Serving our internal and external customers by exceeding the expectations of a service culture, exceeding assigned targets for operational and key financial performance
      objectives. Inspiring others to do the same.
  • Providing support for newly hired or existing employees during the nesting phase of onboarding into a new role as needed.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or higher volume sales environment.
  • Have experience working in a team or Call Center environment.
  • Have experience responding to inbound customer inquiries, upselling and closing new business opportunities
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills; able to work with team members and all levels within the organization
  • Have problem solving skills
