                             Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for a talented Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele, including private consumers, businesses, and even celebrities, helping them customize their pet enclosures. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Neenah, WI
- Pay Rate: Base salary plus aggressive commission structure
- Shift: Day shift

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions.
- Acquire new business and nurture relationships to develop customer loyalty.
- Oversee the entire sales and order process from initial contact to delivery.
- Conduct in-person demonstrations for customers visiting the corporate office.
- Attend trade shows and make in-person sales calls as needed.
- Document all sales activities in the CRM application.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, training, and professional development.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance company functions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in inbound sales calls.
- Experience in making cold calls and effective sales presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate and help out.
