The Inside Sales / Account Manager will manage inbound sales inquiries and build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and is eager to grow professionally while contributing to a collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage conversations with prospective accounts via phone calls and web chats to build relationships, determine product needs, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed defined monthly sales quotas.
  • Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting tailored solutions to decision-makers.
  • Handle customer questions and potential concerns professionally.
  • Document all sales activity and provide management updates as required.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure productivity standards and KPIs are met.
  • Understand competitive offerings and develop effective counter strategies.
  • Build and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound/inbound sales, account management, or business development in high-tech or SaaS environments.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), order entry systems, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume, transactional sales environment.
