Duration: 15 months
Pay: $60.00 – $70.00/HOUR
Role will be North American Lead for Training for Workday phase 4 launch for 7 countries. This position will be North America focused - US, PR and Canada. Primary responsibility will include training material design, development and delivery to support the 3rd Quarter 2020 launch of a large-scale Human Resources ERP implementation across North America (US, Canada, and Puerto Rico). Additional responsibilities include leading or assisting with change management and communications activities that includes partnering with multiple work streams and groups towards successful deployment, training delivery, and adaption of Workday HR across approximately 50,000 employees.
- In depth Workday knowledge & experience required – assist/lead in creating training materials for Workday
- Minimum of 3 years Workday & instructional design experience
- Knowledge of change management and communications strongly desired.
- Some travel, possibly domestic and international, may be required.
- BA/BS degree is required for this role
