Inventory Specialist
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM (start time may vary between 8–9 AM)
On-Call Rotation Required
Overtime Based on Business Needs
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for approximately 6–7 months
Pay: $22.60 per hour About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory Specialist to support warehouse operations within a medical device environment. This role ensures accurate inventory control, regulatory compliance, and efficient product flow. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards. Who We're Looking For

  • Receive, inspect, store, package, and ship medical device inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and audit incoming materials.
  • Track product movement and identify shortages, damages, or expired items.
  • Review inventory availability and update systems with accurate data.
  • Assemble and inspect incoming and outgoing kits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, storage areas, and warehouse spaces per safety standards.
  • Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping teams, and carriers to track or expedite deliveries.
  • Investigate service issues, resolve customer concerns, and manage discrepancy reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure alternative products through loaner banks, consignments, or other warehouse locations.
  • Organize, retrieve, replenish, and place goods received through multiple supply channels.
What You Need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate degree (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Warehouse or inventory control experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
