Invoice Processing Administrator
Location: Southaven
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
We are seeking an Invoice Processing Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for compiling, processing, and maintaining accounts payable and invoice records while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely vendor payments. In addition, this position will support a variety of administrative tasks, including event coordination and office management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities-
Verify and match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.

Prepare invoice deduction notices when necessary.

Respond to all vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Perform analysis of accounts and assist with audit requirements.

Support special projects as assigned.

Coordinate the purging and moving of files in line with the record retention policy.

Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive financial and organizational information.

Provide administrative support including:

Coordinating and planning events/meetings.

Ordering and managing office supplies.

Supporting general office operations as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly and interact with diverse teams and vendors.

Previous accounts payable, invoice processing, or accounting experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and professional skills for working with diverse groups of people.

Ability to remain focused and productive in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.

Mathematical ability: proficiency with fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, and interpreting data.

Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with SAP is a plus.

Standard office environment with a quiet noise level.
