With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.  This IS AN ONSITE POSITION.  Must be within commuting distance to Geneva, NY.  

Hours are 8:30-5:00om Pay range starts at $23.00/HR

What's a typical day as an IT Help Desk professional? You'll be:
• Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Responding to IT help desk tickets and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.
• Collaborating with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
 •  Have 2-4 years technical support experience, or the equivalent combination of experience, education and training. A minimum of 1 year working in an IT Help Desk role.  
•   Experience with both Windows and Apple operating systems.
•    A+, ITIL, or similar certifications are preferred.
•    Must work well under pressure and have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate technical processes to non-technical individuals.  
•   The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required.
